📄 A Few Things to Note
1. This is completely non-binding
Submitting this form is simply a way of saying "we're interested in talking." It does not create any contract, obligation, or commitment on your firm's part or ours. Nothing here is legally binding unless and until a separate agreement is signed by both parties.
2. How we use your information
The details you share help us understand your firm before we reach out. We keep this information on file for internal partner management purposes, and as part of standard compliance record-keeping that Next Block maintains as a registered VASP in Korea. We don't share your information with third parties except our own advisors or regulators if required by law.
3. We keep it confidential
Everything you submit stays between Next Block and you. We won't share your firm's details externally — the only exception would be with our own professional advisors (who are bound by confidentiality), or in the unlikely event a regulator asks us to.
4. No exclusivity, no pressure
Enrolling here doesn't lock you in with us, and it doesn't stop us from working with others. You're free to work with whoever you like — this is just an introduction.
5. Your data, your rights
We'll hold onto the information you provide for as long as required by applicable regulations, and delete it afterward. If you'd ever like us to remove your data sooner, just email us at contact@nextblock.kr and we'll take care of it.
6. Just confirming the basics
By submitting, you're confirming that the information you've filled in is accurate, and that you're allowed to represent your firm in this context. That's it.
